Ahmed Gobashy founded Vanguard Business Solutions after more than 20 years driving corporate success across diverse industries and consulting engagements. That breadth of experience — spanning sales, leadership, operations, and strategic advisory work — shapes how Vanguard approaches every client relationship: not as a training vendor, but as a business partner invested in measurable outcomes.
For over 15 years, Ahmed has specialized in training management and L&D (Learning & Development), designing and leading programs that translate directly into performance gains rather than theoretical exercises. He holds a Business degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which he pairs with two decades of hands-on, cross-industry practice.
Today, Ahmed leads Vanguard as a full-spectrum business consultancy, working with organizations across Egypt and the Gulf region to deliver training and strategic guidance tailored to how each business actually operates.
